Buns of Steel: Take Your Gluteus to the Maximus Tuesdays & Thursdays | March 17 – May 7 | 10 – 10:45 a.m. | $40 per week, with 8-week commitment | Advance Registration Required This 8-week, 16-session Glute Activation & Strength Program is designed to help you master proper activation and form before progressively building strength for powerful, well-defined glutes. Throughout the program, you’ll focus on technique, alignment and muscle engagement using bands, weights and purposeful reps—so you feel the work exactly where you should.
